Ground truth from orbit for India’s land and infrastructure.

We are building satellite imagery, computer vision and machine learning systems for property valuation, development planning and support for large infrastructure projects in India.

Why

Decisions worth crores still run on stale records.

Land and project decisions in India rely on outdated land records, slow site visits and data scattered across departments. Imagery captured on a regular cadence can make those decisions faster, more consistent and auditable.

  • Stale land records
  • Slow site surveys
  • Fragmented data
  • Opaque valuations

What we do

Imagery turned into decisions.

01

Property valuation

Signals from imagery, such as built-up density, access, land use and nearby development, combined with market data to support consistent, explainable valuations.

02

Development planning

Land-use maps, building footprints and growth patterns for sites and regions, to help decide where and what to build.

03

Infrastructure project support

Progress monitoring, change detection, and corridor and site analysis for large projects, from survey to completion.

Technology

Technology we are exploring.

These are the directions we are researching and prototyping. None of this is a shipped product yet.

  1. Multispectral and SAR imagery

Optical bands plus radar that sees through cloud and monsoon cover.

  2. Semantic segmentation

Land use and built-up area, mapped at parcel scale.

  3. Footprint and parcel extraction

Building outlines and plot boundaries from high-resolution imagery.

  4. Change detection

What changed, where and when, across image time series.

  5. Geospatial ML for valuation

Imagery fused with public and market data into valuation signals.

  6. Reproducible pipelines

Versioned data, models and outputs, so every result can be traced.

Early stage. We are building the core system now.
